I am Amanda Stivers, Registered Yoga Teacher. I live in Rockford with my husband Adam, and our dog Paddy. We enjoy traveling, hiking, and the arts.

I obtained my yoga teaching certificate from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, Illinois. I am also a registered member of the Yoga Alliance.
